Beyond Transform is cognisant of the increased pressure that the pervasive issue of unemployment (being directly linked to crime and poverty) has placed on our country, HR and the prospective workforce and we are therefore aligned to the 2030 National Development Plan in building a skilled, capable and resilient workforce.
